What we do

CarePoint HC aims to provide a homely and happy environment where care is planned with the active involvement of the service users themselves as well as friends, families, medical professionals and others wherever appropriate. The ethos of CarePoint HC is to help our service user’s lead a happy, dignified lives and to become and remain as independent as possible within a safe living environment.

Service users are supported to work towards maintaining or increasing their independence in their local community and to live fulfilling lives in line with their individual wishes and aspirations. We ensure that the safety and wellbeing of each service user is paramount and we work in partnership with our service users, family and friend together with relevant stakeholders to achieve this with the best interest of our service users at the heart of all we do.

We will be providing competent, professional and high-level domiciliary care and support;

• Supporting with personal care and hygiene, getting up in the morning, washing, showering,
• getting dressed and preparing meals.
• 24/7 live-in carers
• Shopping support
• Preparation of food and drink
• Ensuring the administration of medication at the right times
• Helping with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
